Order Policies and Deadlines:
Now that you know what great things you can expect with your 17 Day Diet Meal Plan, we also want to make sure that you have all the information you need when it comes to our ordering and shipping policies.
We are happy to accommodate your requests. You must let us know by the deadlines so we can best serve you. Each order automatically recurs each week, so unless you tell us otherwise, your meals will automatically be shipped and billed to you the following week.
After these deadlines, your weekly shipment is packaged and picked up by FedEx. At that point, all of your meals are already on their way to you and we are unable to make changes to that order. If you contact us after the deadline, any changes will be reflected on the following order. If you cancel after the deadline, you will receive and will be billed for this final shipment.
Deadline for New Customers:
Sunday at noon, EST: For all new clients, we extend our normal deadline until Sunday at noon, EST. This is a courtesy to you to provide time to try the meals and let us know if you would like any changes to your next weeks shipment.
PLEASE NOTE: Food orders are sent to you automatically each week unless you contact a representative to cancel or hold. Cancellations must be made by Sunday at Noon EST for new customers who have only received their first shipment, and by Wednesday at 8 p.m. EST for all others. Because we must prepare your meal in advance, you may receive a second charge on your credit card for the second week of food prior to receiving your first weeks shipment. Don’t worry, if you decide that you wish to cancel the second week’s shipment, simply call by Sunday at Noon EST and the second charge will be immediately refunded and no shipment will be sent.
Shipping Your Meals:
We use FedEx to ship all our meals, and all meals arrive weekly on dry ice in an insulated cooler.
It is important that someone is at your residence or place of business to pick up your meals. Since the meals are not shelf stable, they are required to be put in afreezer immediately upon delivery to maintain freshness.
When your meals have been shipped, you will receive a special tracking number through e-mail that will allow you to track the delivery of your meals.
All meals are shipped at the end of the week, so you should receive your shipment by the end of the week, depending on the state you reside in. Please contact customer service for specific state shipping schedules by calling 1-800-464-1384.
